The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to read: INTENT. It is the intent of the legislature that not more than $175,800 of general fund money be spent on services covered under sec. 1 of this Act for fiscal year 2002 and that not more than $189,500 of general fund money be spent on services covered under sec. 1 of this Act for fiscal year 2003."
